Methodology

You may be pondering now whether to have a website, or have that existing one be redesigned, yet you do not want any more headaches. As it is, your hands are full with operations, finance, marketing and even HR-related matters to even bother understanding about web technology and how it works. Well, that's what we are here for! We are giving you the privilege to dump this dilemma to us. Together we can identify your needs and those of your customers, and set the goals, timeline and deliverables for the project. Then you may get back to your business and before you know it, we are ready to launch your site.

To help you understand better how we work, here is our project methodology:

Step 1: Initiate

Whether we conducted a sales call to your company, or you uploaded a request for proposal, or you reached us through our contact us page, our proposal will be based solely on your needs and requirements. We undertake such steps as scoping, analyzing business needs and system requirements, setting objectives, identifying functionalities and deliverables, and scheduling. Thus, you are assured that our project proposal is done meticulously and only includes practical solutions suited to your current situation. We then send you our proposal and possibly have a presentation meeting to provide you a venue to clarify and for us to answer all your inquiries.

With your decision to acquire our services, we will outline the terms and conditions and upon agreement, we proceed to contract signing and the project is kicked off, with the sign-off person from your company identified.

Prototyping - Optional

On your choosing, we can do rapid prototyping and deliver a working site even before we sign the contract. This phase gives you a sneak-preview of your site, and produces detailed System Specifications and complete wireframes. In this manner, you are assured that the site is what you really want and it works as you have envisioned it. In some cases, the prototyping could introduce changes to the original schedule in development.

Step 2: Design and Develop

After the initiation phase, the system and user interface are designed and developed, and this we call "production". We even set-up a project management system which we use to track and monitor our progress. Of course, we present to you each design and system developed and only upon your approval shall we proceed. The result of this design and development phase is a website or portal that satisfies your business requirements, functions as it was intended, meets quality standards and within budget and time constraints.

Data Migration Phase - As Needed

If you already have an existing website and you contracted with us to redesign or reconstruct it, we will transfer and reformat its contents and put them on the new website for free.

Step 3: Deploy

Your formal acceptance of the web project will trigger its deployment and launching. Maintenance is an ongoing process, and with Wired Logic, this includes, but not limited to: continuing support, active monitoring, correction of errors and updating.

A business partnership which we hope will last for years to come is now established between us. Hand-in-hand, we can achieve your goals and reach your targets. We are with you in every step of the way.
